A complex of multi-storied buildings with towers ranging from 45 stories to 72 stories (up to 900 ft. high) with a gross built-up area of 7,000,000 sq. ft. is envisaged. Noor Durrani and Associates (NDA) were commissioned (in association with ADGI of USA to carry out Peer Review and Value engineering for the Foundation Piling Package which originally comprised of about 2500 bored cast in situ piles 1200 mm diameter and 40 meter long. The value engineering exercise resulted in a saving of about USD 15 Million to the Client.
